Armenian cuisine is considered one of the oldest in Europe and the oldest in Transcaucasia. Armenian culinary traditions date back to ancient times. Armenian traditional cuisine is represented by dishes prepared on the basis of local products, seasoned with various spices, fruits, mountain herbs, etc. Very often they have a festive and ritual origin. Do not miss the opportunity to try the unique taste of Armenian dishes, as well as to become a participant in the cooking process.
You will take part in a master class on cooking Armenian shashlik and dolma, and also enjoy a wonderful open-air lunch with a demonstration of traditional bread baking – Lavash

Arrival in Yerevan, meeting at the airport, transfer to the hotel, check-in at 14:00, an hour for rest, lunch,
Sightseeing tour of Yerevan: Excursion to the History Museum of Armenia, transfer to the observation deck of the Victory Park, walking down the steps of the Cascade architectural complex to the city center – a walk through the sculpture park, the Opera Theater square, Northern Avenue to the Republic Square with the Singing Fountains.
Excursion and tasting at the Ararat cognac factory Free time
Day 2
Breakfast at the hotel.
Excursion to Lake Sevan (Sevanavank Monastery), tasting of Sevan Sig cooked in a tondoor. Visit to a local village house where delicious cheeses are prepared. Wine tasting.
Visit to the Haghartsin Monastery
Return to Yerevan
Day 3
Breakfast at the hotel.
Visit to the Temple of Garni and the Monastery of Geghard, Master class on making lavash bread, tasting with cheese and herbs,
Visit to the Vernissage market to buy souvenirs.

Breakfast at the hotel.
Excursion to the Khor Virap Monastery.
Visit to the Echmiadzin Cathedral, Excursion and tasting at the Armenia wine factory, Master class on making Armenian sweets.
Return to Yerevan. Free time
